Before trying something new, name what should stay
When the outcome is uncertain, start with a different question: what should remain stable? It might be a human check, the time people need for their , or the trust they place in a process.
Then choose one small, visible experiment that protects those things. Invite the people affected to shape it, and agree on what you’ll notice before deciding whether to continue.
A first step doesn’t have to settle the whole direction. It can offer useful information while leaving room to choose what comes next together.
