Turn Repeated Customer Friction into a Test
A feedback backlog records what people said. It doesn’t always show whether a change helped.
Try a small feedback-to-check loop: pick one recurring point of friction, preserve the part of the customer journey that already works, and translate the concern into a clear criterion the team can revisit before and after a change.
Then make one bounded revision and review it with the same criterion. Keep the feedback as context, not a permanent command: one request may reveal a broader problem, or a need specific to that person. The goal is to recover a smoother experience without quietly breaking a useful part of the service.
A backlog can be a museum. A review point gives it a job.
