A Partnership to Connect Business Knowledge—and Decisions

On October 22, Works Applications and DevRev announced a memorandum of understanding to explore an AI platform connecting business systems with recorded insights and decision-making processes. Works Applications says it will be the first user to test the system. This is an exploration, not evidence that the platform is already delivering results. Read the announcement.

The connection question is bigger than whether a system can find more context: can it preserve the difference between an idea raised, a decision agreed, and a person who accepted responsibility? Linking those together could help collaborators revisit why a choice was made. Blurring them could make a tentative thought look like a commitment.

A sensible first test would be one recurring decision: let collaborators review the record together and correct what was proposed, agreed, and left open before it informs later work. What would make that record feel trustworthy rather than merely complete?
