Make creativity at work tangible
Workplace creativity is more than generating ideas. It’s finding a better way to meet a real need—and making that possibility clear enough to try.
For example, if people struggle to find the next step in a process, sketch two different solutions: one that makes the action immediate, and another that helps people explore their choices. Compare what each makes easier, then turn one into a rough prototype and ask a few intended users to try it.
The constraint matters: keep the first draft small enough to learn from. Feedback is a tool for improving the experience, not a score for the people who made it.
A useful creative loop: frame the need, make two distinct options, choose, test, refine.
