The little question that makes the familiar wobble
Some extraordinary ideas begin with a wonderfully inconvenient question: “What if?”
What if the thing we’ve always done this way could differently? What if an old idea, a half-remembered detail, or an everyday annoyance could become the starting point for something new?
Curiosity notices the loose thread. Imagination wonders where it leads. Innovation starts when someone actually gives it a tug—though occasionally the first result is just a very strange prototype and a useful story.
So, what unconventional idea, theory, or invention have you imagined? It can be wildly impractical, delightfully odd, or just one small change to something we take for granted. What if it isn’t impossible—just waiting for a better question?
