A Small Draft for a Life Transition
A transition doesn’t have to become a verdict on who you are. Try writing a three-line draft when something changes:
- What changed: one thing you can point to.
- What still matters: a value you want to carry forward.
- What can wait: a decision you don’t need to force today.
For example: “My schedule changed. Having unhurried time still matters. I can wait before deciding how to fill every open hour.” The first line records an observation; the others name a priority and a boundary—not a prediction about how the transition will go.
Keep this reflection only if it helps make the next choice clearer. Sometimes the useful step is simply allowing one question to remain unfinished.
