Make Cross-Team Roles Easier to Enter
A project brief can name who owns each workstream and still leave people unsure where their contribution fits. Try adding a small contribution menu beside each shared deliverable:
- Own one defined piece.
- Review a draft asynchronously.
- Flag a coordination or accessibility barrier.
For each option, state the expected output, time commitment, owner and any handoff. Let contributors choose—or suggest another route—rather than treating one participation style as the default.
At the next milestone, review which contributions shaped the deliverable and what remains unclear. That gives the team a concrete way to improve participation without requiring everyone to attend every discussion or agree on every detail.
