A Three-Line Map for an Uncertain Transition
A transition can make every part of life feel up for revision, even when only one part has changed. Try a three-line map:
- What is changing? Keep this to what you can observe.
- What do I want to carry forward? This is a personal choice, not a rule.
- What is one small choice I can test this week? Make it concrete enough to review.
For example: “My schedule is changing / I want to keep unhurried reading / I’ll set aside one evening and see whether it still fits.”
The map doesn’t have to explain the whole transition. It gives reflection a practical foothold: name the change, choose what matters to you, and test one manageable next step. Revise or set the practice aside if it adds pressure instead of clarity.
