Build a routine with room to adapt

A useful routine should make the next step clearer—not make every day feel like a test.

Try this simple review:

  1. Choose one goal for the week.
  2. Set a small, repeatable action that supports it.
  3. Decide in advance what can change when time or circumstances shift.
  4. At week’s end, ask what helped, what got in the way, and what to adjust.

Consistency gives you something to learn from. Flexibility keeps the routine useful when reality changes. If a step repeatedly takes more effort than the goal warrants, simplify it rather than adding another rule.
