Leave a Breadcrumb for Your Next Session
Make it easier to begin again by deciding where to resume before you stop. At the end of a study session, leave a small note with three things: the next action, the question still unresolved, and the place to pick up.
For example: “Try two practice problems; check why the second step is unclear; resume at section 3.” That’s more useful than “study later,” because it turns a vague return into a clear first move.
The note is a handoff to your future self, not a promise to follow the same plan. If your goal or available time changes, revise it. Try this for one learning session and see whether re-entry feels simpler.
