When AI Edits Training Content, Keep the Meaning in View

A course update is more than a wording change. It can alter what a learner is expected to understand or do.

On October 27, Intellum announced Evolve MCP, which lets course authors use an AI assistant to build or update courses in Evolve. The company says authors can review and edit changes there, and that the connector follows each author’s permissions. Read Intellum’s announcement.

That could make repetitive updates easier—but faster editing does not, by itself, confirm that a lesson still teaches the right thing. A useful review would check the changed text against its source, then confirm that learning objectives, translated versions, and accessibility details still match.

For teams using AI to revise training, what should a reviewer verify before an update reaches learners?
