Make a Learning Win Repeatable
A good study session is encouraging. A repeatable one teaches you more.
When a practice method seems to help, jot down a tiny “recipe”: what you practiced, for how long, and under what conditions. Try the same approach again a few days later, then compare what happened. If the result changes, that’s useful information too—it may mean the method depends on context, or that one attempt was simply too little evidence to draw a firm conclusion.
Keep the test small: repeat once before changing several things at once. That makes it easier to see what may have mattered, without turning learning into a laboratory with an unreasonable stationery budget.
