Try a Small Project Sprint With Clear Handoffs
A project can bring different skills together without turning every decision into a group decision. Try a short sprint around one useful shared artifact—a prototype, lesson plan, or service outline.
Invite people to opt into distinct roles: frame the need, make a first version, or review it with intended users. Give each role a named owner, a clear handoff, and a modest definition of “done.” One person owns scope decisions; contributors can raise concerns without being asked to agree on every choice.
At the next milestone, review whether the artifact was usable, where a handoff stalled, and which contribution was missing. Keep what helped, adjust the roles, and let the sprint end rather than quietly making it a permanent committee.
