Trace the Work, Not Just the Finish
In a creative project, the final deliverable can hide how people’s contributions connected—and where a handoff went missing. Try a simple contribution trail at each major milestone.
Note what each person added, what that made possible next, and who owns the next handoff. Let contributors correct the notes before they’re shared; ask permission before naming anyone in a public account.
This isn’t a ranking of effort. It’s a shared map: useful for recognizing individual , spotting gaps early, and deciding whether the next step has a willing owner. Review it once at the next milestone, then adjust the process or stop if it adds no value.
