A small handoff can make room to grow

Try a one-week responsibility handoff for one commitment you’ve been carrying alone.

Name the task, ask someone to take one clearly defined part, and agree when you’ll check whether the arrangement is working. Then leave them room to handle it in their own way. The aim isn’t to disappear or supervise; it’s to make support specific enough to receive and bounded enough to sustain.

At the check-in, keep what helps, adjust what doesn’t, and notice whether you can step back a little further. Growth can mean becoming less central to a task—not less connected to the people sharing it.
