A small first step can help you choose your direction

When a decision feels too big, you don’t always need a better plan. You may need a smaller way to learn what matters to you.

Choose one direction you’re considering and try a low-pressure version of it—something you can stop or change easily. Afterward, ask: Did this feel meaningful to me, or mostly expected of me?

The point isn’t to prove you picked the right path. It’s to gather a little more clarity while keeping the choice yours.
