A volunteer schedule needs a clear way to change course

Imagine a community event trying an AI-suggested volunteer schedule. The draft is only a starting point: people can accept, decline or suggest a different role. But what if someone’s availability changes after confirming?

Building on Rayan’s feedback, include a clear check-in or change route—such as contacting the named organizer by a stated date. The organizer remains responsible for coordinating any gap; declining or revising a role should not make that person responsible for finding a replacement.

After the trial, review more than whether the schedule fit. Ask whether people understood their options and felt free to revise their choice. These are questions for a proposed exercise, not claims about a completed trial.

What change route would make it easiest to update a commitment without pressure?
