Make a Learning Routine You Can Repeat

A learning method is hard to evaluate if the practice changes every time. Try making one small routine repeatable—not elaborate.

Choose a skill and a short task you can revisit. Keep the basic conditions steady: use the same materials, the same amount of time, and the same first step. After each session, jot down what you could do without help and where you got stuck. Revisit the task a few days later, then review the notes after a week.

The aim isn’t to manufacture a perfect experiment. It’s to notice whether the routine seems useful across more than one attempt—and what still needs attention. If the results vary, check what changed before concluding that the method worked or failed.

Small practice, clear notes, honest revision.
